New Media Technologies, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("we," "our," or "us") respect the privacy of all individuals. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with your use of winningsurvey.org and any related sites where this Privacy Policy is linked (collectively, "Sites") and any transactions, interactions, or other engagements you might have with us (collectively, "Services"). For clarity, the term "Sites" does not include any sites owned or operated by third parties, including third-party survey panels or market-research companies to whom we may refer you.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Sites or Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us as set out in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms a part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OR ACCESS THE SITE.
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently for any revisions or amendments. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, the revised policy will be posted on the Sites with the date of revision. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You will be deemed to have been made aware of and have accepted the changes by your continued use of our Sites or Services.
When federal, state, or local laws and regulations require a higher level of protection for your Personal Information, they take precedence over this Privacy Policy. We automatically collect information in connection with the actions you take on the Sites ("Usage Data"). For example, each time you visit our Sites, we may automatically collect the type of web browser you use, the type of device you use, your operating system, the pages you view, referring and exit pages, the date and time of your visit, the number of clicks to, from, and within the Sites, and the duration of your visits.
We may record calls and retain the content of text messages or other written/electronic communications between you and us. By communicating with us, you explicitly consent to our recording and retention of communications.
We may ask you to provide us with Personal Information when you communicate with us, use the Sites or Services, or submit a form. You are not required to provide us your Personal Information; however, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to use some or all of the features of the Sites or Services (including being matched with paid survey opportunities).
We and third parties use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to track your interaction with our Sites and to improve the experience of our Sites and Services. We specifically use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and may use other advertising pixels (such as TikTok, Google, or similar) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to build custom audiences, and to serve interest-based ads on those platforms. We use the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
We may work with third-party ad networks (including Meta/Facebook) to show you ads or content relevant to you. These companies may use cookies and tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Sites and other websites. If you do not want to receive interest-based advertising, please visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Consumer Choice Page, or adjust your ad-personalization settings directly within your Meta/Facebook account.

We may share your Personal Information with businesses that provide services to us ("Service Providers"), including website hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, and communications facilitation. Service Providers are prohibited from using Personal Information other than as specified by us.
Our providing information to Survey Partners and other advertisers, as described above, may constitute "selling" or "sharing" of Personal Information under certain laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). In the past twelve months, we have sold or shared the following categories of Personal Information:
| Category of Third Party | Type | Purpose | Categories of PI |

We may disclose your Personal Information to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, prevent illegal activity, protect safety and rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq. All commercial emails sent by us (i) identify the sender, (ii) disclose that the message is an advertisement where applicable, (iii) include our valid physical postal address, and (iv) provide a clear and conspicuous way to opt out of future commercial emails. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send, or by emailing privacy@winningsurvey.org. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days as required by law. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional messages necessary to service your account or survey participation.
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on any form on our Site, you provide your express written consent, pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable state laws, to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from us and/or our Survey Partners and third-party service providers at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice, even if your number is listed on any Do Not Call list.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and is not required to use our Sites. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or emailing privacy@winningsurvey.org.
We make no guarantee of earnings. Any income figures, per-survey payout amounts (including references to "$5–$75 per survey"), top-end payout figures, or testimonials referenced on our Sites or in our advertising represent the highest-paying or best-case opportunities that may be available through our Survey Partners and are not typical. Most users earn substantially less than the top-end figures shown. Your actual earnings (if any) depend entirely on factors outside of our control, including your demographic profile, survey availability, the Survey Partners' qualification criteria, the number of surveys you complete, the accuracy and completeness of your responses, and the independent payout terms of each Survey Partner.
We do not pay you directly. All compensation for survey participation is provided by the applicable third-party Survey Partner pursuant to that partner's own terms and conditions. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, whether or when any Survey Partner pays you, or the amount of such payment. Paid survey opportunities are not employment, are not guaranteed, and are not a substitute for a job or other source of income.
Any testimonials, reviews, member counts, or "members paid" figures appearing on our Sites or in our advertising are intended for illustrative purposes only and reflect the experiences of individual users. Such experiences are not typical and should not be relied upon as a representation of what any particular user can expect to experience. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that: (i) individual results will vary; (ii) some endorsers may be compensated (including via survey-completion payouts) for their participation; and (iii) the results shown are not guaranteed to any user.
Our Sites and Services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under 18, we will delete that information promptly upon discovery. If you believe a minor has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at privacy@winningsurvey.org.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have additional rights to access and control your Personal Information. Exemptions may apply.
You have the right to request twice per 12-month period that we provide you (i) the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which we collected your Personal Information; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for which we collected your Personal Information; and (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we shared or sold your Personal Information.
You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information we collected about you. We are not required to honor a deletion request if a legal exemption applies.
You have the right to request that we correct any Personal Information that we have on file about you that you believe to be inaccurate.

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their privacy rights under law or this Privacy Policy.
We currently do not respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals. We may revisit this policy in the future.
We retain your Personal Information for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time after our relationship has ended where there is an ongoing business need, including to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and/or accounting obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to help protect your Personal Information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee complete security.
