This California Privacy Notice (the "Notice") provides information to California residents only about how New Media Technologies, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("we," "us," "our") collect, use, and disclose personal information (as defined below) in connection with the operation of winningsurvey.org. Information We Collect From California Residents

We may collect information that personally identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you ("Personal Information"), including:

Identifiers and Contact Information such as name, email address, and (if provided) phone number;
Demographic Information such as age bracket, gender, household size, income range, education, and employment status, used to match you with relevant survey opportunities;
Commercial Information such as the surveys and offers you viewed, started, or completed, and your consumer preferences;
Survey Response Data such as answers submitted through our partner survey panels;
Internet and Network Information such as IP address, device ID, browsing/search history, browser type, device type, and settings.

How We Use Information of California Residents

We may use Personal Information for business purposes, such as to:

Fulfill your requests: to match you with third-party Survey Partners who may offer you paid survey opportunities, rewards programs, and market-research studies;
Marketing and market research: to send communications and offers, place advertisements (including via Meta/Facebook and other ad platforms), perform analytics for market research and trend analysis;
Website use and analytics: to provide you with access to our websites and analyze usage, including through third-party analytics services;
Business operations: to evaluate, develop, and improve business operations, products, and services;
Compliance: to comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations; and
Information security and fraud prevention: to operate information security and anti-fraud programs.

Third-Party Selling and Sharing

We may sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) each category of Personal Information listed above to third parties who are not our service providers. These companies may use your Personal Information for their everyday business purposes, including marketing. In the past twelve months, we sold or shared Identifiers, Demographic Information, Commercial Information, Survey Response Data, and Internet or other electronic network activity information to (i) third-party survey panels, market-research companies, rewards programs, and advertisers; and (ii) advertising networks and analytics providers, including Meta Platforms, Inc., for marketing and analytics purposes. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose "sensitive personal information" (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) for purposes other than those permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121, and we do not need to offer a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right at this time.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

We may retain each category of Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted based on your relationship with us, our legal and regulatory obligations, and our need to retain information for normal business purposes, including marketing.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

Right to Know: Request the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of your Personal Information.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Direct us not to sell or share your Personal Information.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise your rights, email privacy@winningsurvey.org. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
