We may sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) each category of Personal Information listed above to third parties who are not our service providers. In the past twelve months, we sold or shared Identifiers, Demographic Information, Commercial Information, Survey Response Data, and Internet or other electronic network activity information to (i) third-party survey panels, market-research companies, rewards programs, and advertisers; and (ii) advertising networks and analytics providers, including Meta Platforms, Inc., for marketing and analytics purposes. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose "sensitive personal information" (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) for purposes other than those permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121, and we do not need to offer a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right at this time.

We may retain each category of Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted based on your relationship with us, our legal and regulatory obligations, and our need to retain information for normal business purposes, including marketing.
